3700562 - Picklist field mapping issue from the Position Org Chart

A Picklist field value is not being populated on the Job Requisition, despite being mapped, at the time the Job Req is created from within the Position Org Chart.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Map a Picklist field from Position to Job Requisition in the Position Management Mapping Rule
2. Create a Job Requisition through the Position Org Chart
3. Notice how the mapped Job Requisition field is not populated once the Requisition is created.

The Picklist ID associated to the Job Requisition has two active versions, causing issues for the Rule when attempting to fetch the correct Option ID value of the Picklist field.

Maintain only 1 active version of the Picklist for any Parent or Child fields with the issue, which should ensure that the correct Picklist value is populated eachtime a Job Req is created from the Position org Chart.
