3700566 - Unable to Find an Active Position - Employee Central

Unable to search for position in the Position Org Chart or in Manage Position or position is only found if the As Of Date changes to a certain date.

1. Go to Position Org Chart or Manage Position;
2. Search for the position; 
3. No results found;
4. Change the As Of Date and the position is now searchable; 

There are data inconsistencies in the position records and one or more records have Record Status as PH. 

1. Go to Data Inspector;
2. Table: Table_GENERIC_OBJECT_T
3. Define Filter Criteria > External Code > Equals > inset the position's external code;
4. Some records have PH in Record Status;

If the record status is PH, it indicates that the entry represents the record’s history prior to workflow approval. This typically occurs when the position creation workflow is canceled. As a result, the position is not created in the system.

1. Go to Import and Export Data;
2. Export Position;
3. Make correction to the position's records;
4. Import position on full purge mode. 

Note: if the position does not have any record with status PH, there could me a data blocking in the permission that is preventing the end user to find it (2437558 - How to restrict Position Org Chart on Target Population - Employee Central)

• Importing Data Purging Options: Incremental or Full Purge
• 3652401 - Position is visible in report but not in Manage Position
