3700570 - Footer column text limit in Maintain Main Layout

The footer column text box has a fixed limit of 200 characters, preventing additional content from being entered.

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

1. Navigate to settings.
2. Open the Maintain Main Layout view.
3. Click on edit.
4. Navigate to 'Design Main Template' and go to the footer tab.
5. Paste text under Column 1.
6. Attempt to add more characters under Column 1.
7. Observe that it is not possible to enter more than 200 characters in the column.

The footer column text box has a fixed limit of 200 characters (please note spaces also count).

The Customer Influence portal is the proper channel for new requirements. There, other customers can also vote for the idea and depending on the demand from the customer community, and feasibility the developers will evaluate and plan accordingly for a possible implementation of this request.
