3700583 - PO Output Message Shows "Processed Successfully" Without Error or SOST Log Despite Missing Vendor Email Address

Symptom

When sending a Purchase Order (PO) via external send, the output message NEU is marked as "Processed Successfully" (green status) even though the vendor email address is not maintained. No error message is generated, and no entry appears in transaction SOST.
