3700631 - Unable to save Sender amounts in app Manage Allocations in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The fixed amount input in the Sender section is not saved and applied after attempting to save changes in the app Manage Allocations.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Manage Allocation app.
  2. Edit the segment for the desired allocation period.
  3. Set a fixed amount and save.
  4. Observe that the fixed amount is not applied.

Cause

The issue was due to using the old version of the app Manage Allocations.

Resolution

Use the New Version of the app Manage Allocations to make the necessary changes.
