Symptom

Offboardee can see the custom offboarding task To Do tile on the homepage, but when they click into the task page it appears blank.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate the offboarding process.
  2. The custom Offboarding task generated for offboardee.
  3. Login as offboardee, there is a custom offboarding task To Do tile on the homepage.
  4. Click on the task, the page appears blank.

Cause

  • Permission issue.

Resolution

Ensure that the offboardee has the Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions -> Custom Task Definition view/edit permission.
