• Dropdown menus remain open while navigating to different workspaces or work pages in work zone advanced edition.
• Once a dropdown menu is expanded using Alt + Down Arrow Key, it cannot be collapsed automatically.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the main navigation menu in Work Zone Advanced edition.

2. Press "tab" key to navigate to menu

3. Press "Option + Down Arrow" to expand the menu

4. Press "tab" key to navigate to another menu
5. Press "Option + Down Arrow" to expand the menu

The previously opened menu is not collapsed automatically when expanding another menu using the keyboard.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 19th March 2026.
