Symptom
- Tenant database uses multiple data volume partitions on different paths (e.g., /hana/data and /hana/data1)
- The original data volume partition (Partition ID 0) is nearly full
- You want to consolidate all tenant data to a new volume and decommission the original path
- Attempting to drop Partition 0 fails because the default partition cannot be removed via SQL
