3700912 - Legacy GSTR3B reporting activity/key/id is not visible in 'Run Statutory Reports' app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to generate the Legacy GSTR3B report from the Run Statutory Reports app, the required GSTR3B reporting activity/key/ID is not visible or available.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Open GSTR3B report.
3. Observed reporting activities are missing. 

The required parameter IN_GSTR3B_NEW_ACTY_IND is not maintained in the "Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting" configuration activity.

To continue using the Legacy GSTR3B report, maintain the parameter IN_GSTR3B_NEW_ACTY_IND in the relevant statutory reporting configuration.

1. Open configuration activity "Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting"(SSCUI- 101071).
2. Select the relevant reporting category.
3. If IN_GSTR3B_NEW_ACTY_IND is not available in the Choose from the List option, enter the parameter manually.
4. Maintain the required Valid From Date.
5. Ensure the Parameter value is left as empty/ blank in the "low" and "high" fields.
6. Save the configuration.
7. If the configuration is created in a customizing/quality system, ensure that the corresponding transport is moved to the Production system.
8. Open Run Statutory Reports and check the Legacy GSTR3B report again.

Important:
The legacy GSTR reports are deprecated starting with the 2608 release and are planned to become obsolete from 2708. They have been replaced by the new GSTR reports. For further information, refer to KBA 0003780253 - The GSTR (Legacy) reports will be deprecated from SAP Document and Reporting Compliance in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - SAP for Me.
