When submitting an E-verify, the following error appears:

"first_name: Invalid value for "first_name", the character length must be smaller than or equal to 25."

Known E-verify limitation

This error is a known limitation on E-verify side, where they do not accept first name longer than 25 characters.

To bypass this error the recommendation is to remove elements from the first name until they are no longer 25 characters long.

This should allow you to successfully submit the E-Verify Step.
