3701134 - Routing group counter exists in table PLKO but invisible in t-code CA02/CA03

Symptom

When trying to display a specific routing group counter in t-code CA02/CA03, pop-up message "There is no valid data matching the criteria entered on the initial screen." occurs. Checking on database table PLKO, the routing group counter exists on table level.
