3701139 - Hiring managers is not receiving email notifications in sap SuccessFactors Recruiting

Additional hiring managers are not receiving email notifications when a letter of offer is sent out or when an offer approval is declined.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Add a user to the Hiring Manager group.
2. Assign the same user as an additional hiring manager for a requisition.
3. Send a letter of offer or decline an offer approval for the requisition.
4. Observe that the additional hiring manager receives the email notification, while the hiring manager does not.

1. Verify the user's group membership in the "Manage Recruiting Groups" page.
2. Confirm whether the user is part of the Hiring Manager group.
3. If the user is part of the Hiring Manager group, it is expected that the user will receive email notifications, even if they are added as an additional hiring manager for a specific requisition.
4. If the user is not part of the Hiring Manager group, they will not receive email notifications.
