3701217 - Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner empty for certain line items

Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner fields (XREF1, XREF2, XREF3) are populated during substitution but are missing when reviewing the entry afterward.

1. Implement custom logic using FIN_ACDOC_ITEM_SUBSTITUTION.
2. Populate Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner fields in positions 1 and 2 during substitution.
3. Populate Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner fields in positions 3 and 4 during substitution.
4. Save the accounting entry and review the created document.
5. Observe that fields for certain items that only available in Ledger view is empty

Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner fields (XREF1/2/3) are only stored in Entry View (BSEG). Line items that are only available in General Ledger View (ACDOCA) will not have value in these fields.

1. Understand that Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner fields(XREF1/2/3) are only stored in Entry View (BSEG).
2. Note that even though these fields can be populated during substitution, for line items that are only available in General Ledger View (ACDOCA), they are not stored in the database.
3. Because of that, those items will have Reference 1/2/3 ID by Business Partner remain blank even though they appear filled during Substitution.
