3701250 - Action Code “04” Always Displayed in BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest SOAP Service

Symptom

When using the SOAP service BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest to replicate master, the system always displays action code “04” during data extraction. Due to this behavior, it is not possible to determine whether the master data was newly created, changed, or deleted based on the action code.
