3701259 - HTTP 400 error when sending GET request to backend /sap/opu/odata/MERP/SAP_ONLINE_LOOKUP_EXT_<SSAM version>/<Object>/$count - SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

In the Mobile Service Event log or SAP Backend Error Log, the following error message is displayed: 

"Finished sending GET request to back end http://<hostname:port>/sap/opu/odata/MERP/SAP_ONLINE_LOOKUP_EXT_<SSAM version>/<Object>/$count?sap-language=en in 968 ms. HTTP status from the back end is 400."
