3701278 - Latest Experience of Performance Forms: Current user role is not displayed in Capability picker

Symptom

Capability picker in the Latest Experience of Performance Forms does not display the Current user role in the "By Role" tab.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms following the guide Enabling Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms 
  2. Open the form, navigate to any Competency section and click "Add Competency".
  3. Select the "By Role" tab and observe that the Current Employee role is not displayed.
  4. When the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms is disabled, the Current role option appears.

Resolution

This behaviour is expected with the New Capability picker in the Latest performance forms: the Current role is not displayed in the "By Role" tab.
