3701297 - sapui5 library CORS error causing cloud portal service in BTP NEO to be inaccessible

Symptom

Multiple BTP neo portal sites became inaccessible due to an error similar to:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/<SAPUI5version>/discovery/all_libs?ts=202601051307' from origin 'https://<server>' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
