3701301 - Name filter in growth portfolio team view does not update for second-level reports

• The name filter in the Growth Portfolio's team view displays names of first-level direct reports when selecting second-level reports in the Reporting Levels field.

1. Proxy to a manager.
2. Navigate to Growth Portfolio.
3. Access the team view.
4. Select the "Select People" button
5. Click to show filters.
6. Choose "Second-Level Reports" in the Reporting Levels field.
7. Observe that the "Name" dropdown does not display second-level reports.

This is expected behavior. 
The "Name" filter is for filtering the second level reports by their manager (first level report). 
Therefore the list in the "Name" filter dropdown will show the First-Level Reports.
