3701346 - The Submit button is disabled during subscription order resubmission.

Symptom

  • While attempting to cancel the order and resubmit it via the 'Cancel Activation' / 'Return to Order Reprocessing' option in the fulfillment monitor results in the 'Submit' button remaining disabled.
  • This behavior prevents further processing of the orders.
