• User is not visible on the offboarding dashboard after the termination event.
• Error message observed in backend logs: "Reporting Manager validation failed for the user".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Terminate a user with a future termination date.
2. Ensure the termination event is created in ISC.
3. Check the offboarding dashboard to verify if the user is visible.

• The offboarding activity was not created due to the reporting manager not being valid at the time of termination.

1. Validate the reporting manager's details to ensure they are correct and valid.
2. Remove the termination event for the user.
3. Re-trigger the termination event once the reporting manager's details are updated and valid.
