3701494 - Validation fails when PO type is switched after initial data takeover from requisition. SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

  • When creating a purchase order out of a purchase requisition, the q-info record quantity limitation is checked during the initial data takeover, provided the purchase order type and purchase requisition type align.
  • If the purchase order type is switched after the initial data takeover and then reverted back, the validation fails.
  • Error message occurs during the initial takeover but does not reappear after switching and reverting the purchase order type.
