3701497 - Duplicate operation activity number after reference operation creation

Symptom

  • When assigning the reference operation set to the inspection plan, for example operation 0010, two lines are created for operation 0010: one with the reference operation set and one without.
  • The system displays duplicate operation lines for the same operation number.
  • Error message CP525 observed during consistency check: "Operation number not unique".
