3701531 - SAP ICH Error "You are not assigned to an organization which is mandatory. Contact SAP Support"

Users report to be facing issues with the SAP ICH Manage Messages App. When accessing this tile these user get the following error message:

"You are not assigned to an organization which is mandatory. Contact SAP Support"

SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences

1. Access "Manage Messages".
2. Error appears.

To resolve this please reassign the Manage Messages application using the Manage Users app. Steps to do it are listed below:

1. Manage Users app.
2. Search user name.
3. Click on the user.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to Applications.
6. Click on Add.
7. Select manage messages (Under General section).
8. Provide full access.
