3701589 - The filters in the communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0522 don't work

You have created a communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0522. Filters are maintained in it for the outbound service Manufacturing Order - Send, Version 2, however, the filters are not working as expected.
For example, you restrict the distribution to a certain order type, but still production order of all types are distributed to external system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0522.
2. Maintain the filter for order type in the arrangement.
3. Create and release a production order of a different order type.
4. The production order is still distributed to external system.

One possible cause of the issue is that there are multiple active communication arrangements for communication scenario SAP_COM_0522 in the system. 

In this case, the filters in all the arrangements will be considered together and the filters in one single arrangement may not work properly.

Normally, there should be only one active communication arrangement  for one communication scenario in the system.

Delete the redundant communication arrangements and leave just one for the communication scenario. And then maintain the correct filters in it.
