3701663 - Output processing issue due to missing email address in customer master

Symptom

  • You are using output type with configuration in NACE:
    • Program = SD_SDOC_PRINT01.
    • Form = ENTRY.
    • Transmission medium = 5 - External Sent.
  • Output is not processing when the email address is not maintained in the customer master address.
  • Error message AM313 "No communication type from strategy WEBM could be used" issued in processing log.
