3701708 - Bar chart in detailed 360 report not displaying external participants with identical names

Symptom

If the added external participants have the same name with existing participants, the external participant will not be displayed in 360 detailed report bar chart.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Launch a new 360 form
  2. Add peer participant "Ana Lovelace" and two external participant "Ana Lovelace", "Ana Lovelace11"
  3. Complete the 360 evaluation
  4. Go to completed folder and open the Detailed 360 Review Report.
  5. In "Display in bar chart" dropdown, check the two "Ana Lovelace" and "Ana Lovelace11"
  6. Only peer participant "Ana Lovelace" and external participant "Ana Lovelace11" are displayed, external participant "Ana Lovelace" is not displayed

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Do not add external participant with identical name with existing participant.
