3701811 - Lead Status Progress Bar Does Not Display Statuses Excluded by Code List Restriction

Symptom

After applying a Code List Restriction (CLR) to the Status field of a Lead, the progress bar no longer displays all statuses. Some statuses are missing from the progress bar, even though the lead went through them previously.
