3701908 - 'Date Achieved' Error Message Does Not Include Date Example When Creating Achievement

Symptom

When creating an achievement using a screen reader, the Date Achieved field has a date example in the placeholder text but there isn't an example in the error message for the screen reader:

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the module picker, select Continuous Performance
  3. Select View Achievements
  4. Select Create Achievement
  5. Tab to the Date Achieved field and remove the pre-populated date
  6. Enter an invalid date, such as 33
  7. Tab out of the field
  8. An error message is provided but does not provide an example of what should be entered

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
