3701944 - How to allow access to stories based on HANA Cloud live connection for SAP Support in SAC?

How can SAP access customer stories based on HANA CLOUD live connection in SAC?

• SAP Analytics Cloud.
• SAP HANA Cloud.

Stories based on SAP HANA Cloud sources can be reproduced, without any additional connection (HTTP Based Tools / Apache etc), as the datasource as well is hosted in the cloud.

• If the connection is using username and password authentication, SAP can access the customers tenant with support user (following KBA 3200458) and request a hana user from them to enter when opening the Stories.
• If the connection is using SSO, SAP will not be able to use the support user as it is not mapped with any backend user so the connection will fail.
  In this case SAP can offer 2 options:

1. 1. Either share the logon details for an existing user or create a user for the support team, configured the same way their users are configured and provide its credentials.
   2. Create a new connection with username and password authorization and recreate the model and story for test purposes.
