3701946 - Cost Center is not Visible in Fiori app "Manage Cost Center Groups"

Symptom

New Cost centers are created for an existing cost center group with validity period starting in a future date. When displaying the cost center group in Fiori app F1024 "Manage Cost Center Groups" using a "key-date" set to this future date, the newly created Cost Centers are not displayed.
