3701975 - I-9 form verification requiring upload for list b document

• Documents from List B must be uploaded when completing the I-9/E-Verify steps in Onboarding
• The new hire must present one document from List A, or one document from List B or one document from List C. If the new hire presents a combination of List B and List C documents, then the List B document must contain a photograph.

1. Access SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
2. Complete the I-9/E-Verify steps.
3. Attempt to proceed without uploading a List B document.

The system behavior has been updated to comply with I-9 regulations, requiring now the upload of List B if selected.

The upload of document system behavior:

• If an employee presents a List A document, it is always required to be uploaded.
• If an employee presents a List B document, it is always required to be uploaded. The associated List C document is not required to be uploaded in this case.
• If an employee presents a List B document together with a List C document, and the alternative remote procedure is being used, then both the List B and List C documents are required to be uploaded.
