3702005 - Unable to Access Career Site Builder from Command Center - Recruiting Marketing

Unable to access Career Site Builder (CSB)  via Command Center, error message displayed: "You don't have access to the site".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to Command Center.
2. Search for the RMK Instance Site ID
3. Attempt to access the Career Site Builder option.
4. Observe the error message: "You don't have access to the site".

The required setting 'maptype' in the site settings XML was deleted during manual changes to the XML file by the user.

1. Create a ticket to SAP Support with the following information:
   1. RMK Site ID
   2. Data Center
   3. Site Settings XML files uploaded to CSB
2. Once confirmed by SAP support that the issue is due to the missing 'maptype' setting in Site Settings XML, obtain written approval from the customer to proceed with restoring the missing setting.
