3702015 - Unable to Select Date Picker Back and Forward Arrow Buttons with Keyboard When Creating Goal

When opening the date picker for a date field, the back and forward arrow buttons are not accessible using a keyboard:

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Login to SuccessFactors
2. In the module picker, select Goals
3. Select Create Goal
4. Select Create from Scratch
5. Press the Tab key to navigate to either date field
6. Press either Alt+Up Arrow or Alt+Down Arrow to open the calendar popup
7. Press the Tab key multiple times but cannot select the back or forward arrow keys

Workarounds

• Press the PgUp key or PgDn key to navigate forward and backward by month
• Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow to move through individual days
• Press Shift+PgUp or Shift+PgDn to move to the next or previous year
