3702027 - Information Message in 'Create Form' Popup is Not Announced by Screen Reader

Symptom

When creating a new form while using a screen reader, selecting a form template generates an information message but it is not announced:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the module picker, select Performance > Reviews
  3. Select Create Form
  4. In the Template field, select a template
  5. Fields pre-populate and an information message displays stating When created, the form will open automatically. 
  6. Tab through the fields but the information message cannot be selected and is not announced

Workaround

Use the Down Arrow key to navigate through the fields
