3702033 - 'Request Feedback' Text Boxes Show Placeholder Text Without Description of Purpose

When reviewing the text boxes within the Request Feedback popup, only placeholder text is provided instead of describing the purpose of the field:

3. Select Request Feedback
4. Labels are not directly above or before each form field to describe the purpose of the field

This is expected behavior.

Because each text box has a title above it, and screen readers can announce the title, a label is already provided which indicates the purpose.
