3702045 - XML export referencing different event types in Incentive Management

Symptom

XML import fails with Error "TCMP_30611:E: Credit Rule named "<CreditRule>" in the time period -End of time can not be created because it refers to data which does not exist. The data being referred to is Event Type named "<EVENTTYPE>"

  • Exported XML files contain additional event types that are not part of the specified version of the rules.
