3702078 - No change text appears on MM_PUR_PURCHASE_CONTRACT form

Symptom

You have a purchasing contract in which S/4hana output control (a.k.a. BRF+ output) framework handles outputs. And you use the form template MM_PUR_PURCHASE_CONTRACT (ODATA service - FDP_EF_PURCHASE_CONTRACT).

If you change a print relevant field of the contract and "change" output generated by that, then no info visible on the output form itself which would say which field was changed.
