3702112 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump when changing the vendor in Tcode WF10

Symptom

You have implemented SAP Note 3440194 - WF10: Vendor column is not editable and "Fast Change" button not activated or yu have it via upgrade. After having changed the vendor in WF10 for an item and you try to create a collective PO but there a MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump occurs.
