Symptom

When attempting to navigate to the related app (Display Inspection Lot), error message displayed: "You don't have permission to open the app you're trying to access".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the situation notification in the SAP Fiori launchpad.
  2. Click on the action button labeled "Display" to access the related app "Display Inspection Lot".
  3. Observe the error message: "You don't have permission to open the app you're trying to access".

Cause

Resolution

Verify the business catalogs assigned to the user for the Display Inspection Lot app.

  • SAP_QM_BC_INSP_LOT_DISPLAY (QM - Inspection Lots Display)
