3702232 - Omit 3L Costing Run - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Need to know if it is possible to omit the execution of the cost closing processes for the USGAAP ledger (3L).

There are no dependency or consistency check between ledgers in Edit Actual Costing Runs (CKMLCP) or the costing results. 

3L costing run can be omitted for now if it's not required to revaluate COGS or inventory with actual cost in this ledger. In future, when 3L is required to do so, create a YTD run to do the data initialization.

Note that if only a specific ledger is run in Edit Actual Costing Runs (CKMLCP), later if ledger-specific manual adjustments are needed in apps, for example, Post General Journal Entries, it may be required to differentiate ledgers, because the default setting leaves Ledger field empty, which includes all ledgers.
