3702258 - Entity A_ProductionOrderComponent_3 doesn't work properly when changing the RequiredQuantity to a negative value

You need to use production order API API_PRODUCTION_ORDER_2_SRV to change the component's quantity to a negative value. However, when entity A_ProductionOrderComponent_3 is used, the component value is not updated correctly -- it is still a positive value. Instead, the movement type is changed between 261 and 531.
