Symptom
- When attempting to access the "Manage Subscription" app from the S/4HANA Public Cloud tenant, the page displays the error message: "*** refused to connect."
- The issue occurs while accessing SAP Subscription Billing URL links separately in internet browsers using the default identity provider as the sign-in method.
