3702402 - Trusted Authentication fails due to untrusted URL

Symptom

  • Trusted Authentication fails with an error eg:
    Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

  • In the CMS logs, the following errors are seen:
    (TrustedAuthMgr.cpp:105) TrustedAuthMgr::getTrustedSystem: system not trusted: https://<HOSTNAME/BOE/CMC/TrustedAuthSetTokenServlet
    (TrustedAuthMgr.cpp:328) TrustedAuthMgr::CheckData: untrusted URL: https://<HOSTNAME/BOE/CMC/TrustedAuthSetTokenServlet
