3702430 - vCalendar email notification received as plain text of calendar invites

Users registering for classes receive VCAL (vCalendar) email notifications as plain text instead of calendar invites (HTML). This prevents users from adding these notifications directly to their calendar applications. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a class in Learning Administration.
2. Register a user for the class. 
3. The user receives VCAL email notifications as plain text instead of calendar invites. 

This is a Known Issue.

The Learning engineering team has addressed the issue by correcting the backend code.

• The fix for this issue is scheduled for deployment in the 1H 2026 release.
