3702460 - Activities can't be linked to Team goals in SuccessFactors mobile application

Activities can't be linked in Continuous Performance Management to Team Goals on Android mobiles. Upon opening My Activities from menu and trying to link Performance Goals to any activity, the team goals do not appear.

Performance Goals which are not Team goals can be linked.

The issue does not happen on iOS devices or on web browser. When opening the Team goal on Android (from Goals menu), then Activities can be linked from there.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Open Successfactors Mobile app on Android phone
2. Go to My Activities from menu
3. Open any activity
4. Click on “Linked Performance Goals – Link”
5. Click on Add
6. Search for the goal plan
7. See that team goal does not appear

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 16-Feb-2026.
