3702494 - Cloud Account Name or Password Is Not Correct Error During SAP B1 Connector Configuration with FSM

Symptom

An SAP Business One (SAP B1) system is being integrated with SAP Field Service Management using the SAP B1 FSM Cloud Connector.

During the Cloud Connector configuration, valid FSM credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) are entered. However, the connection test fails with the following error message:

  • Cloud account name or password is not correct.

As a result, the SAP B1 system cannot be connected to FSM Cloud.
