3702502 - Inconsistent display of "Full description" link in Growth Portfolio

Symptom

When editing the proficiency levels within the Growth Portfolio the "Full description" link is inconsistently displayed in attribute descriptions within the Growth Portfolio. In certain scenarios, the link is visible, while in others, the full text appears directly without a link.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Center.
  2. Access the Growth Portfolio.
  3. Locate the Skills cards and click on "Edit Proficiency".
  4. Observe that the "Full description" link appears for one user but not for another user (depending on the size of the description).
  5. Select any other card and click "Edit Proficiency".
  6. Note that the "Full description" link appears for one user but displays the full text for another user.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

The "Full description" link will now be displayed consistently for all cases when the description exceeds three lines.
