- dbcc listoam show many OAM bit that needs to be set
The bit for alloc page -1708018944 in database 18 is clear. It should be set
- Allocating space on a VLDB can lead to latch contention if most of the space is allocated at the end of the database
- Logical I/O (LIO) is extremely elevate when latch contention is reported
