  • Many processes in in "latch sleep"
  • Very high logical IO on a table during heavy latch contention. 
    Optdiag shows many Forwarded rows and deleted rows

    Data row count:              599864523
    Forwarded row count:      383599646
    Deleted row count:            30559764
  • dbcc listoam show many OAM bits that need to be set
