3702627 - Handling units from STO inbound delivery cannot be deleted

• Inbound delivery created from STO scenario with handling units cannot be deleted.
• When trying to delete the inbound delivery, there is error message: "Delivery still contains handling units".
• When trying to delete the handling units first, there is message: "Handling unit is in transit --> cannot be changed".

The issue arises from a 2-step Stock Transfer Order scenario, where the process involves initially generating an outbound delivery followed by a goods issue, and then automatically creating an inbound delivery which requires a goods receipt. The Handling Units associated with the inbound delivery originate from the outbound delivery.

As the first step is completed but the GR for the second step hasn't been processed, the HUs remain in transit status. The system restricts deletion of HUs in transit to prevent inconsistencies.

1. Complete the inbound delivery by posting the Goods Receipt.
2. Trigger a new stock transfer in the opposite direction to reverse the process and move the stock back to its original location.
