The following error happens during running Downtime optimized DMO in phase MAIN_MIGOPTDMO/SUBMOD_RRC_START_DODMO/SUBMOD_MIG_OPTDMO_REPLAY_START/PROCESS_REPLICATE_R3LOAD_START.
